2012 Touchstone Energy Camp

Kankakee Valley REMC will sponsor six 6th grade boys/girls to participate in the 2012 Touchstone Energy Camp. The camp takes place at Camp Tecumseh in Brookston, Indiana from June 6 - 9. The boys and girls will learn about electrification, electric safety and understanding the cooperative business principles.

This is an excellent opportunity for youth to learn how an electric distribution system works. Kankakee Valley REMC pays all expenses for the trip except for travel to/from the camp and incidental expenses of the participants while at the camp.
