NOTICE: Automated Call Handling System Effective, May 12th

Kankakee Valley REMC will activate the newautomated call handling system, (Interactive Voice Response system), effective Wednesday, May 12th.  This system will allow our members to pay their bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, check their account balance and report problems with electric service more efficiently.
