At the time of applying for construction of new service, you will need to provide to us a copy of your site plan with an indication of what type of service you want to install. It is the member's responsibility to contact the electrical inspector assigned to their specific county. For a list of County Inspectors, click here.

A one time $35.00 membership fee is required in addition to any line costs (if necessary). All forms must be completed and signed in order to receive service from Kankakee Valley REMC.

Your Social Security number is required for this credit check and serves as proof of identification to safeguard your account information. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, we do not accept your Social Security number through our website. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you at the phone number you provide to obtain this information.
